Cancellation & Refunds

How to cancel a subscription or request a refund for services provided by MK Global LLC.

Canceling a subscription

You may request cancellation at any time by emailing hello@yourcompanyos.com from your billing email address. Include your company name and the service you want to cancel. You do not need to provide a reason.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. We will confirm the effective date by email. To avoid the next renewal, send your request before your next billing date; the time we receive your request determines whether it was submitted before renewal.

Your agreed service continues through the paid period, and no further subscription renewals are charged after cancellation takes effect. Contact us before the service ends to discuss any agreed data export or handover arrangements.

Refund requests

We review refund requests case by case, taking into account the service agreement, services delivered, and the reason for the request. Cancellation alone does not automatically result in a refund for the current period.

For a refund request or billing error, email hello@yourcompanyos.com with the service name, payment date, amount, and a brief explanation. Please do not send full card details. We will confirm the outcome by email; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, and bank processing times vary.

Project work and separate agreements

Cancellation of a hosting or support subscription does not automatically cancel separately agreed development work. Cancellation and refund arrangements for custom projects are set out in the relevant proposal or service agreement. If a separate written agreement specifies different arrangements, those apply to the extent permitted by law.

Your rights and questions

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or other rights that apply under law. These services are provided by MK Global LLC. For questions, contact hello@yourcompanyos.com.
